Heart to Hā - 1:1 Reflection and Support Sessions
Heart to Hā™
One-on-one sessions for reflection and support
A nurturing space for women, and anyone who connects with feminine energy, to slow down, breathe, and be heard. No fixing, no judgment, just honest conversation and gentle breath.
What it is
A space to soften and come home to yourself
So many of us hold space for everyone else and rarely receive it ourselves. Sometimes we don't need advice. We need someone to listen, to breathe with us, and to help us hear our own intuition a little more clearly.
Heart to Hā blends heartfelt conversation and storytelling with simple breathwork, so you leave feeling lighter, nurtured, and more connected to yourself.
Created by Lynette Haunani for women
*and anyone who connects with feminine energy
- You give to everyone and need a moment that's just for you
- You're moving through a season of change: motherhood, an empty nest, a career shift, midlife, relationship change, perimenopause, menopause, grief
- You're caring for others and feeling stretched thin
- You want to reconnect with your intuition and what matters to you
- You simply want to be heard, without judgment

Our conversations are private and held with care. I don't share what you tell me, and sessions are never recorded without your permission.
What to expect
How a session flows
Choose a 30-minute or 60-minute session by video. The flow is gentle and follows what you need that day. Here's how a full 60-minute session unfolds:
-
Arrive
5 min
A few slow breaths together to settle in.
-
Talk story
35 min
Share what's on your heart while I listen and reflect.
-
Breathe
10 min
A short breath practice matched to how you feel.
-
Reflect
5 min
One intention or journal prompt to carry with you.
-
Close
5 min
A grounding moment before you go.
A 30-minute session follows the same gentle flow in a shorter form: about 20 minutes to talk story, a few minutes of breath, and a grounding close. It's a lovely fit for a midday reset or a quick check-in between full sessions.

Hi, I'm Lynette
I'm a breathwork, yoga, and meditation teacher, a Reiki Master, a storyteller, and the founder of Hawaiian Aura. I've spent many years in healthcare, and I host the Let's Talk Story podcast.
Heart to Hā grew from a simple belief: the women who hold so much for others deserve a space to be held, too. I'd be honored to sit with you.
Questions
Good to know
Is this therapy?
No. Heart to Hā sessions are for personal reflection and support. I am not a licensed therapist or counselor, and sessions do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you need mental health care, please reach out to a licensed professional.
Will what I share be kept private?
Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us. I don't discuss it with others, and sessions are never recorded without your consent. The only rare exceptions are if someone's safety is at serious risk or if the law requires it. These are explained in the short agreement you'll receive before your first session.
Should I book 30 or 60 minutes?
Choose 30 minutes when you need a quick reset or a check-in between sessions. Choose 60 minutes when you'd like time to settle in, go a little deeper, and enjoy a fuller breath practice. If you're not sure, a 60-minute session is a gentle place to begin.
Are sessions held online?
Yes. Every Heart to Hā session is held by private Google Meet video, so you can join from anywhere that feels comfortable and private. Booking times are shown in your own time zone.
What do I need for a virtual session?
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a steady internet connection, and a quiet, private space where you can talk and breathe freely. Headphones can help you feel more present.
How does payment work?
Sessions are paid in full when you book. The 15-minute intro call is always free.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded.
Do I need any experience with breathwork?
Not at all. Every practice is gentle and simple, and you can pause anytime.
