At Hawaiian Aura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following refund policy:
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging when possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the the original payment form used . Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged by misuse
- Items returned after 30 days
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
