Heart to Hā Session Agreement
Heart to Hā™
Reflection & Support Agreement
Mahalo for booking a session. Before we meet, please take a few quiet minutes to read this agreement, then confirm at the bottom of the page.
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Hawaiian Aura LLC, with sessions led by Lynette H. Greenstein ("Practitioner"), and you, the client ("Client"). It covers participation in Heart to Hā™ sessions by Hawaiian Aura ("Sessions") and takes effect on the date you confirm below.
2. What sessions offer
Sessions offer a supportive space for personal reflection through conversation, storytelling, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. The Practitioner listens, offers perspective, and may guide simple breath or relaxation exercises.
Sessions are educational and personal-growth in nature. You set your own goals and make your own decisions.
3. Not therapy or medical care
You understand and agree that:
- The Practitioner is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, social worker, or medical provider.
- Sessions are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or healthcare, and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical condition.
- Sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.
- If you are currently in treatment, you are encouraged to tell your provider about these sessions and to continue that care.
4. Your responsibilities
- You take full responsibility for your own choices, actions, and results during and after sessions.
- You will tell the Practitioner of any physical or health condition that could affect breathwork, and will consult a physician before participating if unsure.
- You may pause or stop any exercise at any time.
5. Crisis and referral
Sessions are not designed for emergencies or crisis support. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
If the Practitioner believes you would benefit from professional care, the Practitioner may recommend a licensed provider and may pause or end sessions.
6. Privacy and confidentiality
The Practitioner will keep what you share private and will not share it without your written permission, except:
- when there is a risk of serious harm to you or others,
- when required by law, or
- when abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult is suspected.
Because the Practitioner is not a licensed provider, conversations are not protected by legal privilege the way therapy records are. Sessions are never recorded without both parties' written consent.
7. Fees, scheduling, and cancellation

8. Limitation of liability and ending the agreement
The Practitioner makes no promises or guarantees about specific results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release the Practitioner from liability for any outcome related to the sessions.
Either party may end this agreement at any time with written notice. Fees for sessions already held are still due.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
